Architectural Design

We are happy to quote for the construction of your new home, whether it be contemporary or traditional in style, from existing plans drawn by an architect or designer. Please make sure they are Licensed Building Practitioners holding at least a Design 1 Licence.

 

If you have created your own sketches you can make use of our design services to create comprehensive construction drawings that meet Council Consent.

 

Have some old plans or photographs? Talk to us we can help make them a reality.

 

In addition to our custom home design service we are offering a selection of already designed homes for you to choose from.

We have purchased over 100 house plans and are making them compliant with the New Zealand building code.

Dept of Building LBP: Designer

From 1 March 2012 critical building work that is known as Restricted Building Work, must be done by an LBP (Licensed Building Practitioner) This includes design work. We hold a Design 1 licence and carry out Design work on Cat. 1 & 2 Buildings. Click the DBH link for full details of the LBP scheme and what it means for you as a client.

We can prepare your plans and Building Consent application and submit to council for Building consent. If you need a Resource consent we can take care of that also.

 

We hold licences in Design, Site and Carpentry so are able to carry out the entire process of your new build, from start to finish including the design, the site and project management and the construction work.
